Overnice place, and location simply no housekeeping without reservations. When I was told to ask for whatsoever housekeeping service, I immediately asked for more towels.

the facility was squeamish just the over night staff was very rushed when we got in tardily. never gave us our breakfast cards or whatsoever information. next day when we asked for puddle towels we felt we where burdening them.

We repent if your experience brutal short of your expectations. It is ever our goal to identify and satisfy invitee needs. If you were mad to feel any other way, we would love to have yous back and exist given the opportunity to make information technology right.
I booked a room for 2 queen beds. I told the forepart desk agent I had only gotten a room with i king bed, she explained she couldn't do much to come dorsum and see the GM. I came back to see the GM at the time she said he would be there. However, I didn't get the GM. I received a managing director (not sure how he got that position) who told em I should just exist lucky I got to stay at their hotel and had a hot shower! I am lucky to be traveling, however when I booked something that'due south what I'd similar. The said manager, I ask for his proper name he gave me the GM proper name and said thats my GM to which I responded, I didn't ask for his proper name, I ask for yours. He became irate and started cussing me and even followed me out of the hotel. Rick or Dave, which ever isn't the GM is the one that followed me out.

I had a late flying the shuttle stop @ 10pm the GM came to get me and my 6year old girl which I thought was very prissy 👍 My daughter enjoyed the puddle and the wild staff was friendly I would stay again
